# Threads: free post-clearing guide

1. On your Threads profile, start with posts from last month.
2. Open a post’s menu and choose Delete.

Other people’s replies remain; posts shared to the fediverse may remain on other servers.

Check that the export you receive includes the Threads posts and replies you want to keep.

On a computer, choose iPhone or Android when Meta Help asks for a device.
