Download a copy from your provider
Keep the original export where it is. Download the folder you uploaded to Drive or Dropbox into a separate location. If the provider wraps that folder in a new ZIP, extract that wrapper. Leave ZIP parts supplied by the social platform intact.
If you used Save your export, choose the whole downloaded folder containing manifest.json and originals. This checker reads the original files and checks that record too.
This page cannot identify your provider, check its upload status, or confirm that the platform supplied all your history.
